According to the actual situation, I alter the schedule from 10 days to 17days. It means I should recite three lists 180 words per day and complete the first big circle on Jan 31.
I find out that it’s efficient for reciting at afternoon. The forgetting rate abates to 15% 
The stress is not so heavy in the first four days, so I need to adjust mentality and daily habits for studying more efficient.
