吃过早饭，就提着一大袋从国内带来的礼品和爹地妈咪去Chinatown拜访大舅父和大舅妈。
中午大舅父请我们去吃龙虾套餐，味道不错。
然后分头行事，妈咪和大舅妈去买花旗参，爹地、我和大舅父去溜达溜达看看唐人街的风貌。
当我们溜达完一圈的时候，去买参的店铺看她们的情况，发现她们真是很用心地在挑，一根一根地挑。我们在外面等了十多分钟见她们还没有搞定，就问她们要买多少，额的神啊，妈咪说要买八磅！而现在才挑了不到两磅，这样等下去得等多久啊？我们就打算去买菜准备明天晚上做饭用。
妈咪打算做有保健作用的三碌汤和三宝菜，酿茄子和炒豆角，再弄个韭菜炒蛋，凑齐五菜一汤，另外再买乳鸽和皇帝蕉孝敬给婆婆。我和爹地就在大舅父的带领下，去买价钱实惠的食材。当我们提着大包小包回到大舅父住处时，她们姑嫂两个还没回来，我就打瞌睡了…迷迷糊糊中，听到她们回来了，此时已经是五点多，该回家咯。
我就带着爸爸妈妈去坐14路慢车晃晃悠悠地回到住处，Chinatown半日游就此结束。

之前申请OPT，tnnd，不但没批下来，还给我放了两个hold在我的registration上，让我注册不了summer class。啥玩意儿啊！
所以今天不得不去CCSF搞summer session registration。
去Int’l student administration找一个叫KIM的人，请她暂时把hold给remove掉。还好是个能讲广东话的人，交流起来就容易多了。她了解我是要在summer之后才申请OPT，就把hold给暂时取消了，还很热心地帮我把那个certificate的petition给交了。（光那个petition，我就跑了两次office，人家不收，说非要等到6月13日才能交，但Int’l consultor告诉我说现在就可以交了。这里的机构，也不是那么有效率的。）
反正这个summer的课程注册好了，就可以为我的OPT时间延长两个月，对找工作是有利的。弄好了就松下一口气。
晚上我和爸爸、妈妈一起出动，做了五个菜出来，让他们吃吃我们“耿家菜”的滋味。妈咪的秘制鸡翅最受好评，爹地的豆瓣煮鱼也很不错，我的番茄炒蛋也就只能帮大家增进食欲做个配角了

今天妈咪陪婆婆去沈医生那里复查，带回一个好消息：婆婆的癌细胞消失了！
真是太好了！
婆婆心里的大石也放下了，我们也为她高兴，半年多的辛苦治疗也值得了。
祝她老人家健健康康，逐步恢复元气。

今天父母不辞万里（准确点来说是一万一千公里），飞到了大洋彼岸，看望阔别了三年（这是我妈说的：头尾三年···）的他们的宝贝儿子，也就是俺啦~~啦啦啦啦啦~~~我是卖包的小行家~~
二舅父开着车去到机场的时候，他们已经顺利出关，拿好行李，在路边等着我们了。我几乎没等车停稳，就夺门而出，扑向俺深深牵挂的爹娘。
经过了十几个小时的长途飞行，老爸老妈看起来有点倦容，让我心里阵阵发紧。特别是妈咪，声音明显哑了，让我想起平日她高亢热情的声音是多么的好听。爹地的手有点凉，看来一件长袖再套个短马甲也还是不够抵抗阴影下的冷风吹袭。
赶紧把三大件行李搬上车，让父母坐在后排，我做他们中间，紧紧搂着左边的妈妈和右边的爸爸。
我真的好想好想好想你们啊！见面的时候太高兴，写这些文字的时候，突然很有感触：
一年半了，横跨着两个春节，让两个老人冷冷清清地在家里，看着不看无聊看了更无聊的节目，和丫丫说着不知道它懂不懂的话，而他们的儿子，却远在天边，归期也遥遥无期。这是一种多么难受的思念之情啊！我知道，但我体会不到。
爸，妈，给你们做儿子是我最大的福分。我爱你们。哪怕从未说出口。

Today is lunar new year for Chinese people and some other Asian countries, such Vietnam and Korea.
It is the second lunar new year which I don’t spend with my parents. I miss them very much. Wish they healthy and happy all the time. And wish myself make excellent at education and admitted by famous university.

Jan 13, 2011, 15:20, we lost our Yumi forever.
Staying with us for nine years, guarding the house day and night, bringing lots of joys to us, she has gone calmly and rest in peace now.

Around the dinner time, grandma occurred some accident in emiction, bleeding heavily. We decided to send her to hospital ASAP. But we were not familiar with the procedure in see an emergency doctor in the US (what a sad and terrible thing), I called Michelle come back home at once, because she was the interpreter for hospital.
My grandma herself surmised the reason might be that somehow the contraceptive ring (a device put in the uterus to prevent pregnancy) moved so as to hurt the uterus and made the bleeding. Whatever, bleeding was a severe phenomenon, especially for an old women. We must go to a hospital to find out the reason and solve it.

Today, I receive the Apple iPod Touch 4G in the mail box. (Why is the postman so confident about the safety in this neighborhood?) But I am happy I get it on my hands three days beyond the estimated time.
The case containing the iTouch is simple. It just a little transparent plastic box. Breaking the box, taking out the iTouch, I feel a little exciting. This is the Christmas gift for my self, as a late thirtieth birthday present.
As a IT products fan, I play the iTouch from 14 to 19pm and 20 to 01am. It is really full of fun! Too fun to stop…so, I miss my preparation for the business exam. That’s not good. I should improve self-control and willpower. God, please give me the strength to fight again the various of lures.
