The price of water is too high to conserve it all the time. I bath here less than in China, but even so the dirty clothes heap quite enough.

Taking advantage of Uncle Yiwu going to the house, I bring my clothes to the basement. Uncle Yiwei teaches me how to use the washing machine and the fired dryer. I pour the clothes into the washing machine and add some washing powder. We then plan to walk to save money and take a visit at the library.

Walking 20 minutes, we arrive the Citibank located to the corner between Arlington St and Bosworth St. Uncle Yiwei says there is a Cantonese-speaking sir, but the other employee tells us that he is on vacation till Tuesday.

That’s all right if an English-speaking staff lady servers me. It won’t be so difficult in little easy banking communication, I think. In a large amount of money about 16,000 dollars, she asks for my ID to have a look. I have no ID so that I give the passport. That’s OK. She counts and checks the 100 denomination money very carefully. She asks some questions, but I don’t understand. She says that it will be all right. All right is all right, ho~~

Oh, the new formal debit card is actived by the saving money action.

Out of the bank, we go to the library nearby. I borrow one book about the English grammar using the library card of Uncle Yiwei. We enquire about the application in my situation. The staff tells my that I just need to show the passport and one used envelope with my name on it.

It’s a piece of cake. I have got two envelopes already. One is from Sing Dao Daily, the other is from Citibank. Next time I bring one of it here, and fill a easy form. I will get the library card.
